     Lt.-Gen. Graf Wilhelm Archibald Douglas was born on 19 July 1883 at Gerstorp, Sweden.1 He was the son of Graf Ludwig Vilhelm Douglas and Gräfin Anna Louise Dorothea Ehrensvärd.1 He married Astri Henschen in 1907 at Ronneby, Sweden.1 He died on 5 July 1960 at age 76, killed in a car accident.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in the Swedish Army.1
