Evelyn Elizabeth Waldo-Sibthorp was the daughter of Montagu Richard Waldo-Sibthorp and Mabel Albinia Sutton. She married Major Hon. Dudley Roger Hugh Pelham, son of Charles Anderson Pelham Anderson-Pelham, 3rd Earl of Yarborough and Lady Victoria Alexandrina Hare, on 9 February 1907.1 She died on 18 April 1973.2
She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 She held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 From 9 February 1907, her married name became Pelham.1

Major Hon. Dudley Roger Hugh Pelham was born on 5 July 1872.2 He was the son of Charles Anderson Pelham Anderson-Pelham, 3rd Earl of Yarborough and Lady Victoria Alexandrina Hare.1 He married Evelyn Elizabeth Waldo-Sibthorp, daughter of Montagu Richard Waldo-Sibthorp and Mabel Albinia Sutton, on 9 February 1907.1 He died on 13 September 1953 at age 81, without issue.2
He was given the name of Dudley Roger Hugh Anderson-Pelham at birth.2 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in dispatches.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)2 He gained the rank of Major in the 10th Hussars.2 On 26 October 1905 his name was legally changed to Dudley Roger Hugh Pelham by Royal Licence.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) of Lincolnshire.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lincolnshire.2 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1938.2
