     Bernhard Herzog von Kärnten was born in 1180.¹ He was the son of Hermann II Herzog von Kärnten and Agnes Babenberg Prinzessin von Österreich.¹ He married Judith Premysl Prinzessin von Böhmen, daughter of Ottokar I Premysl, King of Bohemia and Konstancia Arpád, Prinzessin von Ungarn, in 1213.¹ He died on 4 January 1256.¹

     Donald Mackenzie, Lord Mackenzie was born on 22 June 1818 at Midlothian, Scotland.² He was the son of Captain Donald Mackenzie and Margaret Robina Jamieson.² He married Janet Alice Mitchell, daughter of Andrew Mitchell and Lilas Oswald.² He died on 19 May 1875 at age 56 at Camberwell, London, England.²
     He was admitted to the Faculty of Advocates in 1842.² He held the office of Lord of Session in 1870.¹ He was styled as Lord Mackenzie [Scottish Law Lord] in 1870.¹

     Alicia Bunbury-Isaac was born circa 1803.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Bunbury-Isaac.¹ She married Venerable Charles Warburton, son of Rt. Rev. Charles Mongan Warburton and Frances Marston, on 3 June 1824.¹ She died in 1861.¹
     From 3 June 1824, her married name became Warburton.¹

     Charles Warburton was baptised on 11 July 1825 at Rathkeale, County Limerick, Ireland.¹ He was the son of Venerable Charles Warburton and Alicia Bunbury-Isaac.¹

     Maria Warburton was born in 1829.¹ She was the daughter of Venerable Charles Warburton and Alicia Bunbury-Isaac.¹ She married Major John Blackburne.¹
     Her married name became Blackburne.¹

     Frances Marston was born circa 1758.¹ She married Rt. Rev. Charles Mongan Warburton.¹
     Her married name became Mongan.² From 22 May 1792, her married name became Warburton.¹

     Major John Blackburne married Maria Warburton, daughter of Venerable Charles Warburton and Alicia Bunbury-Isaac.¹

     Lt.-Col. Harris Cook Hailes was born on 23 January 1794 at Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.¹ He married Jane Fotheringham Campbell, daughter of Sir Robert Campbell, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Pasley, on 4 December 1823.¹ He died on 24 March 1844 at age 50 at Brighton, Sussex, England.¹
     He was appointed Knight, Hanoverian Order (K.H.)¹

     Jane Fotheringham Campbell was born on 24 June 1800. She was the daughter of Sir Robert Campbell, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Pasley.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Harris Cook Hailes on 4 December 1823.¹
     From 4 December 1823, her married name became Hailes.¹
