     Richard Stonyer was the son of William Stonhewer and Ellen (?)² He married Anne Meate, daughter of Francis Meate.¹ He died between 12 July 1597 and 25 August 1597.¹
     He lived at The Hurst, Biddulph, Staffordshire, England.¹

     Francis Meate lived at Gratton, Horton, Staffordshire, England.¹

     Anne Meate was born circa 1535.¹ She was the daughter of Francis Meate.² She married Richard Stonyer, son of William Stonhewer and Ellen (?).¹ She died circa 2 December 1615.¹ She was buried on 5 December 1615.¹
     Her married name became Stonyer.

     Thomas Stonyer was baptised on 20 June 1570.¹ He was the son of Richard Stonyer and Anne Meate.² He married Isabel Bolton, daughter of John Bolton, on 21 October 1610.¹ He died from 16 March 1644 to 1647.¹
     On 20 June 1570 baptised.¹ He was between and 1647, with other issue, including a younger son (John, baptised 18 Dec 1619, married Rachel (d 29 Aug 1690), daughter and heiress of Robert Allestrey, of Uppington, County Salop, on 16 March 1644.¹ On 7 April 1691 died , being ancestor of the STANIERs of Uppington and Wroxeter, Salop).¹

     John Bolton married Elizabeth (?) before 1588.¹ He died before 1588.¹
     He lived at Gillow Heath Head, England.¹

     Isabel Bolton is the daughter of John Bolton.² She married Thomas Stonyer, son of Richard Stonyer and Anne Meate, on 21 October 1610.¹
     From 21 October 1610, her married name became Stonyer.

     Thomas Stonyer was baptised on 13 October 1611.¹ He was the son of Thomas Stonyer and Isabel Bolton.² He married Anne Bolton, daughter of William Bolton, on 20 March 1636.¹
     He had three younger sons and a daughter.¹ He lived at The Hey Hill, Biddulph, Staffordshire, England.¹
