Carrie d'Estoteville Skipwith was born on 16 March 1880.1 She was the daughter of Sir Peyton d'Estoteville Skipwith, 10th Bt. and Alice Mary Herrick.2 She married Lt.-Col. Lewis Egerton Hopkins, son of Thomas Hopkins, on 2 August 1906.1 She died on 16 January 1938 at age 57.1
