General Sir George Hewett, 1st Bt. was born on 11 June 1750.1 He was the son of Major Shuckburgh Hewett and Ann Ward.2 He married Julia Johnson, daughter of John Johnson, in July 1785.1 He died on 21 March 1840 at age 89.1
He gained the rank of Colonel in the 61st Foot.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)1 He was Commander-in-Chief of the India.1 He was Commander-in-Chief of the Ireland.1 He was created 1st Baronet Hewett, of Nether Seale, co. Leicester [U.K.] on 6 November 1813.1

Colonel Sir George Henry Hewett, 2nd Bt. was born on 18 May 1791.1 He was the son of General Sir George Hewett, 1st Bt. and Julia Johnson.2 He was baptised on 5 July 1791 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.3 He married Louisa Majendie, daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry William Majendie and Anne Routledge, on 26 July 1816.1 He died on 20 May 1862 at age 71.1
He fought in the Peninsular Wars.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in 1838.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Hewett, of Nether Seale, co. Leicester [U.K., 1813] on 21 March 1840.1

Sarah Helen Ochterlony was born on 29 September 1845.2 She was the daughter of Sir Charles Metcalfe Ochterlony, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Tribe.1,2 She married Sir James Liston Foulis of Woodhall, 9th Bt., son of Sir William Liston Foulis of Woodhall, 8th Bt. and Henrietta Ramage Liston, on 8 December 1868.1 She died on 11 April 1918 at age 72.1
