     He fought in the First World War.1 He was 2nd Lieutenant.1

     Lieutenant Maurice Victor Buxton was born on 22 October 1898.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Fowell Victor Buxton, 4th Bt. and Anne Louisa Matilda O'Rorke.2 He died on 8 August 1919 at age 20.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1919.1

Sir Francis Leicester, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Francis Leicester, 3rd Bt. was born on 30 July 1673.2 He was the son of Sir Robert Leicester, 2nd Bt. and Meriel Watson.2 He married Frances Wilson, daughter of Joshua Wilson.2 He died on 5 August 1742 at age 69, without male issue.3
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Leicester, of Tablay, co. Cheshire [E., 1660] on 7 July 1684.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newton, Lancaster between 1715 and 1727.2 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.2

     Frances Wilson was the daughter of Joshua Wilson.1 She married, secondly, Sir Francis Leicester, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Robert Leicester, 2nd Bt. and Meriel Watson.2 She married, firstly, Byron Thornhill.2 She died on 23 April 1716.2
     Her married name became Thornhill.2 Her married name became Leicester.1

     Fleetwood Legh was born in 1704.2 He was the son of Thomas Legh and Henrietta Maria Fleetwood.2 He married Meriel Leicester, daughter of Sir Francis Leicester, 3rd Bt. and Frances Wilson, in 1723.1 He died on 21 January 1725, without surviving male issue.1
     He lived at Bank, Lancashire, England.1 He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2

     Sir Peter Leicester, 4th Bt. was born in December 1732.1 He was the son of Sir John Byrne, 3rd Bt. and Meriel Leicester.1 He married Catherine Fleming, daughter of Sir William Fleming, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Rowlandson, on 6 July 1755.1 He died on 12 February 1770 at age 37 at Tabley, Cheshire, EnglandG.1 He was buried on 20 February 1770 at Great Budworth, Cheshire, EnglandG.1
     He was given the name of Peter Byrne at birth.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Byrne, of Timogue, Queen's County [I., 1671] in January 1741/42.1 In 1744 his name was legally changed to Peter Byrne by Act of Parliament.1 He matriculated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 30 May 1750.1 He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 23 June 1753 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Preston between March 1767 and November 1768.1
