     Guglielmo Gonzaga, 3rd Duca di Mantova was born in 1538.¹ He was the son of Federico II Gonzaga, 1st Duca di Mantova and Margherita Paleologa.³ He married Eleonora Erzherzogin von Österreich, daughter of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon, on 26 April 1561.¹ He died in 1587.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Duca di Mantova in 1550.¹

     Anna Caterina Gonzaga was born in 1566.¹ She was the daughter of Guglielmo Gonzaga, 3rd Duca di Mantova and Eleonora Erzherzogin von Österreich.¹ She married Ferdinand Erzherzog von Österreich, son of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon, in 1582.¹ She died in 1621.¹

     Maria Erzherzogin von Österreich was born on 15 May 1531 at Prague, Czech Republic.^1,2 She was the daughter of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon.¹ She married Wilhelm IV von der Mark Herzog von Kleve Jülich und Berg en Gelre, son of Johann III Graf von der Mark Herzog von Kleve Jülich und Berg and Marie Herzogin von Jülich und Berg, on 18 July 1546 at Regensburg, Germany.^1,2 She died on 12 May 1581 at age 49 at Castle Hombach, Niederzier, Germany.^1,2
     She gained the title of Erzherzogin von Österreich.

     Wilhelm IV von der Mark Herzog von Kleve Jülich und Berg en Gelre was born on 28 July 1516 at Düsseldorf, Germany.^1,3 He was the son of Johann III Graf von der Mark Herzog von Kleve Jülich und Berg and Marie Herzogin von Jülich und Berg. He married, firstly, Jeanne III, Reina de Navarre, daughter of Enrique II, Rey de Navarre and Marguerite d'Angoulême, on 14 June 1541.³ He and Jeanne III, Reina de Navarre were divorced on 22 October 1545.³ He married, secondly, Maria Erzherzogin von Österreich, daughter of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon, on 18 July 1546 at Regensburg, Germany.^1,3 He died on 5 January 1592 at age 75 at Düsseldorf, Germany.^1,3
     He gained the title of Herzog von Jülich.¹ He gained the title of Herzog von Kleve. He gained the title of Herzog von Berg in 1539.

     Karl II Erzherzog von Österreich was born on 3 June 1540 at Vienna, Austria^G.^3,2 He was the son of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon.³ He married Maria Prinzessin von Bayern, daughter of Albrecht V Herzog von Bayern and Anna Erzherzogin von Österreich, in 1571.³ He died on 10 July 1590 at age 50 at Graz, Austria^G.^3,2
     He gained the title of Erzherzog von Österreich.¹ He gained the title of Herzog von Steiemark.³

     Maria Prinzessin von Bayern was born in 1551.¹ She was the daughter of Albrecht V Herzog von Bayern and Anna Erzherzogin von Österreich.² She married Karl II Erzherzog von Österreich, son of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon, in 1571.¹ She died in 1608.¹
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Bayern.¹

     Joanna Erzherzogin von Österreich was born on 24 January 1547 at Prague, Czech Republic^G.^2,1 She was the daughter of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon.² She married Francesco I de Medici, Granduca di Toscana, son of Cosimo I de Medici, Granduca di Toscana and Eleanora de Toledo, on 18 December 1565 at Florence, Italy^G.^3,1 She died on 10 April 1578 at age 31 at Florence, Italy^G.^2,1
     She was a member of the House of Habsburg. She gained the title of Erzherzogin von Österreich.

     Francesco I de Medici, Granduca di Toscana was born on 25 March 1541. He was the son of Cosimo I de Medici, Granduca di Toscana and Eleanora de Toledo. He married, firstly, Joanna Erzherzogin von Österreich, daughter of Ferdinand I von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Anna Jagellon, on 18 December 1565 at Florence, Italy^G.^3,2 He married, secondly, Bianca Capello, daughter of Bartolomeo Capello and Pellegrina Morosini, on 5 June 1578 at Florence, Italy^G.⁴ He died on 19 October 1587 at age 46, murdered.
     He succeeded as the Granduca di Toscana in 1574.

     Rudolf II von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor was born in 1552.¹ He was the son of Maximilian II von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Maria von Habsburg, Infanta de España.¹ He died in 1612.¹
     He gained the title of Erzherzog von Österreich. He succeeded as the Emperor Rudolf II of the Holy Roman Empire in 1576.¹ He abdicated as Holy Roman Emperor in 1611.¹

     Ernst von Habsburg, Statthalter der Niederlande was born in 1553.¹ He was the son of Maximilian II von Habsburg, Holy Roman Emperor and Maria von Habsburg, Infanta de España.¹ He died in 1595.¹
