     Muriel Rolls Hoare was born on 1 March 1879 at London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of James Rolls Hoare and Gertrude Eddison.¹ She married Robert Egerton Loder, son of Sir Edmund Giles Loder, 2nd Bt. and Marion Hubbard, on 9 August 1913.² She died on 10 February 1955 at age 75.³
     Her married name became Loder. On 14 June 1921 she was granted by royal warrant the rank of a baronet's wife.² She held the office of Alderman of West Sussex County Council in 1938.²
