Captain Richard Freeman Rowley was born in March 1806.1 He was the son of Admiral Sir Charles Rowley, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth King.2 He married Elizabeth Julia Angerstein, daughter of John Angerstein and Amelia Lock, on 12 July 1828.1 He died on 13 August 1854 at age 48.1

Sir Richard King, 1st Bt. was the son of Curtis King.2 He married Susannah Margaretta Coker, daughter of William Coker, on 30 November 1769.2 He died on 7 November 1806.2
