     Jessie Campbell was born in 1824.1 She was the daughter of John E. Campbell.1 She married, firstly, George Thomas William Conway Montague, son of Lt.-Col. George Montague and Mary Anne Courtenay, on 23 January 1840 at London, England.1 She married, secondly, Cyrus Mason in 1857.1 She died in 1909 at Shham, Victoria, Australia.1
     From 23 January 1840, her married name became Montague.1 From 1857, her married name became Mason.1

     He gained the rank of Captain in the 23rd Foot.1 He fought in the Napoleonic Wars.1
