Ltd.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1956 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Ramsay-Steel-Maitland, 3rd Bt. [U.K., 1917] on 1 March 1960.1 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.2
