     Ada Jane Fletcher was the daughter of James Fletcher.¹ She married Sir John Jardine, 1st Bt., son of John Jardine, on 28 July 1883.¹ She died on 22 November 1926.¹

     Harold Augustus Fortington was the son of William HEnry Fortington.¹ He married Edna Winifred Jardine, daughter of Sir John Jardine, 1st Bt. and Ada Jane Fletcher, on 22 February 1919.¹ He and Edna Winifred Jardine were divorced in 1943.¹ He died on 29 August 1944.¹
