Norah Jacintha Phipps was baptised on 22 December 1878 at Weaverham, Cheshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Charles Nicholas Paul Phipps and Clare Emily Hervey-Bathurst.3 She married, firstly, Sir John Michael Fleetwood Fuller, 1st Bt., son of George Pargiter Fuller and Emily Georgina Jane Hicks-Beach, on 5 July 1898.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Roland Stuart Forestier-Walker, son of Sir George Ferdinand Radzivill Forestier-Walker, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Fanny Henrietta Morgan, on 18 January 1921.4 She died on 22 February 1935 at age 56.4
From 5 July 1898, her married name became Fuller. From 18 January 1921, her married name became Forestier-Walker.

Sir George Ferdinand Radzivill Forestier-Walker, 2nd Bt. was born on 24 May 1825.1 He was the son of General Sir George Townshend Walker, 1st Bt. and Helen Caldcleugh.2 He married Hon. Fanny Henrietta Morgan, daughter of Charles Morgan Robinson Morgan, 1st Baron Tredegar and Rosamund Mundy, on 9 October 1854.1 He died on 1 August 1896 at age 71.1
He was given the name of George Ferdinand Radzivill Walker at birth.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Walker, of Castleton, Monmouth [U.K., 1835] on 14 November 1842.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 In 1893 his name was legally changed to George Ferdinand Radzivill Forestier-Walker by Deed Poll.1

General Sir George Townshend Walker, 1st Bt. was born on 25 May 1764.1 He was the son of Nathaniel Walker and Henrietta Bagster.2 He married, firstly, Anna Allen, daughter of Richard Allen.1 He married, secondly, Helen Caldcleugh, daughter of Alexander Caldcleugh, on 15 August 1820.1 He died on 14 November 1842 at age 78.1
