     Edward Courtenay Haworth-Leslie was born on 2 July 1840.¹ He was the son of Captain Martin Edward Haworth-Leslie and Mary Elizabeth Leslie, Countess of Rothes.¹ He married Caroline Edith Biddulph, daughter of Thomas Tregenna Biddulph, on 1 October 1890.¹ He died on 31 January 1911 at age 70.¹

     Caroline Edith Biddulph was the daughter of Thomas Tregenna Biddulph.¹ She married Edward Courtenay Haworth-Leslie, son of Captain Martin Edward Haworth-Leslie and Mary Elizabeth Leslie, Countess of Rothes, on 1 October 1890.¹ She died on 10 March 1948.¹
     From 1 October 1890, her married name became Haworth-Leslie.¹

     Thomas Tregenna Biddulph lived at Earee, Shoalhaven, New South Wales, Australia.¹

     Martin Tregenna Haworth-Leslie was born on 2 May 1896.¹ He was the son of Edward Courtenay Haworth-Leslie and Caroline Edith Biddulph.¹ He married Nettie Margaret Harper, daughter of William Harper, on 21 December 1928.¹ He married Joyce Enid Gardner, daughter of Reverend Alfred James Gardner, on 22 December 1945.¹
     He fought in the First World War, with the Australian Imperial Forces in Egypt, Gallipoli and France, and was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Machine Gun Battalion.¹

     Nettie Margaret Harper was the daughter of William Harper.¹ She married Martin Tregenna Haworth-Leslie, son of Edward Courtenay Haworth-Leslie and Caroline Edith Biddulph, on 21 December 1928.¹ She died on 21 July 1943.¹
     From 21 December 1928, her married name became Haworth-Leslie.¹

     William Harper lived at Napier, New Zealand.¹

     Mary Haworth Haworth-Leslie was born on 30 September 1936.¹ He is the son of Martin Tregenna Haworth-Leslie and Nettie Margaret Harper.¹

     Joyce Enid Gardner is the daughter of Reverend Alfred James Gardner.¹ She married, firstly, Reverend L. M. Dunstan before 1945.¹ She married, secondly, Martin Tregenna Haworth-Leslie, son of Edward Courtenay Haworth-Leslie and Caroline Edith Biddulph, on 22 December 1945.¹
     From before 1945, her married name became Dunstan.¹ From 22 December 1945, her married name became Haworth-Leslie.¹
