     From 1946, her married name became Bonham-Carter.1

     Sir John Wittewronge, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir John Wittewronge, 1st Bt. and Mary Myddelton. He married, firstly, Clare Alston, daughter of Sir Joseph Alston, 1st Bt.. He married, secondly, Martha Seabrook.1 He died on 30 January 1697.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Wittewronge [E., 1662] on 23 June 1693.
