     John Plunket, 4th Lord Killeen was born after 1489.2 He was the son of Edmond Plunket, 3rd Lord Killeen and Eleanor Fleming.1,2 He married, thirdly, Ellen Barnewall.3 He married, firstly, Margaret Preston, daughter of William Preston, 2nd Viscount Gormanston and Anne Burnell, before 1523.1,3 He married, secondly, Janet (?) before 20 July 1536.3 He died on 19 March 1549/50.3
     He succeeded as the 4th Lord Killeen [I., c. 1449] on 18 August 1510.2

     Anne Plunket is the daughter of John Plunket, 4th Lord Killeen and Margaret Preston.1 She and Richard Butler, 1st Viscount Mountgarret were divorced in 1541.2 She married, firstly, Richard Butler, 1st Viscount Mountgarret, son of Piers Butler, 8th Earl of Ormonde and Lady Margaret FitzGerald, in 1541.2 She married, secondly, William Fleming after 1541.2
     From 1541, her married name became Butler.2 From after 1541, her married name became Fleming.2
