     Laetitia Clark was the daughter of John Clark.¹ She married David Powell, son of David Powell and Susanna Thistlethwayte, on 15 August 1761.¹ She died on 27 April 1801.¹
     From 15 August 1761, her married name became Powell.¹

     Marie Louisa Brigitte Soderström was born on 9 February 1997 at Danderyd, Stockholm, Sweden^G.¹ She is the daughter of Mikael Soderström and Sophia Magdalena Maria Birgitta Bernadotte, Countess Bernadotte af Wisborg.¹

     David Powell was born on 22 November 1764.¹ He was the son of David Powell and Laetitia Clark.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Townsend, daughter of Harry Townsend and Mary Williamson, on 20 December 1798.¹ He married, secondly, Grizell Hoare, daughter of Samuel Hoare and Sarah Gurney, on 9 August 1810.¹ He died on 15 May 1832 at age 67, killed by lightning.¹
     He lived at Bench House, Loughton, Essex, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He also had two other sons by his second wife.¹

     Mary Townsend was born in 1775.² She was the daughter of Harry Townsend and Mary Williamson.¹ She married David Powell, son of David Powell and Laetitia Clark, on 20 December 1798.¹ She died on 12 March 1809.¹
     From 20 December 1798, her married name became Powell.¹

     Mary Williamson is the daughter of Robert Williamson.¹
