Mary Thurstan Vaudrey was born circa 1921.2 She was the daughter of Randle Henry Neville Vaudrey.3 She married, secondly, Philip Michael Kirk.2 She married, firstly, James Bruce Sandilands, 14th Lord Torphichen, son of John Gordon Sandilands, 13th Lord Torphichen and Grace Douglass Pierce, on 15 October 1943.1 She and James Bruce Sandilands, 14th Lord Torphichen were divorced in 1952.1 She died on 15 May 2010.2

James Andrew Douglas Sandilands, 15th Lord Torpichen was born on 27 August 1946.1 He is the son of James Bruce Sandilands, 14th Lord Torphichen and Mary Thurstan Vaudrey.2 He married Margaret Elizabeth Beale, daughter of William Alfred Beale, on 3 July 1976.1
