Sir George Herbert Shakerley, 4th Bt. was born on 27 September 1863.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Watkin Shakerley, 2nd Bt. and Georgiana Harriett Ackers.2 He married Evelyn Mary France-Hayhurst, daughter of Colonel Charles Hosken France-Hayhurst, on 22 January 1891.1 He died on 7 August 1945 at age 81.1
