     Lt.-Col. Henry Auriol Prinsep was born on 9 November 1830 at Calcutta, India.2 He was baptised on 17 January 1831 at Calcutta, India.3 He was the son of William Prinsep and Mary Campbell.3 He married Harriet Georgiana MacKinnon, daughter of Charles Mackinnon and Henrietta Studd, on 10 December 1862 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.3 He died on 15 June 1877 at age 46 at Aix les Bains, France.2
     He held the office of Judge of the High Court [Calcutta].3

     Alice Marie Prinsep was born on 6 June 1844 at London, England.2 She is the daughter of Sir Henry Thoby Prinsep and Sarah Monckton Pattle.3 She married, firstly, Charles Henry Gurney, son of Daniel Gurney and Lady Harriet Jemima Hay, in 1861 at Kensington, London, England.2 She married, secondly, John Bourchier Stracey, son of Reverend William James Stracey-Clitherow and Maria Diana Bourchier, in 1897 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1,2 She died on 22 November 1919 at age 75.1
     From 1861, her married name became Gurney.2 From 1897, her married name became Stracey.
