     Reverend Christopher Monckton was born on 28 March 1578.1 He was the son of Thomas Monckton and Marjery St. Quintin.2 He married, firstly, Ann (?)1 He married, secondly, Sarah Stearle on 18 September 1641.1 He died on 26 June 1652 at age 74.1
     He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1585 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1600 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was ordained in 1604.1 He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1617 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was Rector in 1619 at Hayes, Kent, England.1 He was Rector, with St. Mary, Cray in 1620 at Orpington, Kent, England.1
