     Ralph Buller Hughes-Buller was the son of General Sir William Templer Hughes.2 He married Elizabeth MacLeod, daughter of Very Rev. Norman MacLeod and Catherine Ann Mackintosh, on 10 January 1898.1 He died on 13 December 1949.1
     He was in the Indian Civil Service.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)1

     Edith Fielden was born in 1860 at Halifax Stansfield, Yorkshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Joshua Fielden and Ellen Brocklehurst.3,2 She married Sir John Mackintosh MacLeod, 1st Bt., son of Very Rev. Norman MacLeod and Catherine Ann Mackintosh, on 4 January 1888.1 She died on 25 September 1942.1
     From 4 January 1888, her married name became MacLeod.

     Sir John Mackintosh Norman MacLeod, 2nd Bt. was born on 10 August 1891.1 He was the son of Sir John Mackintosh MacLeod, 1st Bt. and Edith Fielden.2 He married Isa Brutsati, daughter of Francesco Brutsati, on 29 August 1918.1 He died on 23 September 1939 at age 48.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was a partner of Kerr, Macleod and Macfarlan.1 He held the office of Unicorn Pursuivant between 1925 and 1929.1 He held the office of Rothesay Herald between 1929 and 1939.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet MacLeod, of Fuinary, Morven, co. Argyll [U.K., 1924] on 6 March 1934.1

     He fought in the Second World War.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet MacLeod, of Fuinary, Morven, co. Argyll [U.K., 1924] on 23 September 1939.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Intelligence Corps.1
