     Elizabeth Taylor was the daughter of Dr. John Taylor.² She married Alexander Montgomerie, son of Alexander Montgomerie and Lillias Montgomerie, on 20 October 1784.¹ She died on 13 February 1839.¹
     Her married name became Montgomerie.

     Patrick Boyle was born on 29 March 1806.¹ He was the son of Rt. Hon. David Boyle and Elizabeth Montgomerie.¹ He married Mary Frances Elphinstone-Dalrymple, daughter of Sir Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall, 1st Bt. and Graeme Hepburn, on 17 August 1830.¹ He died on 4 September 1874 at age 68.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Shewalton, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Mary Frances Elphinstone-Dalrymple was born on 19 December 1808 at Chapel of Garioch, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Sir Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall, 1st Bt. and Graeme Hepburn.^1,3 She married Patrick Boyle, son of Rt. Hon. David Boyle and Elizabeth Montgomerie, on 17 August 1830.¹ She died on 15 September 1880 at age 71.¹
     Her married name became Boyle.

     Sir Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall, 1st Bt. was born on 27 February 1766.² He was the son of General Robert Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone of Horn and Westhall and Mary Elphinstone.^3,4 He married Graeme Hepburn, daughter of Colonel David Hepburn, on 21 May 1800 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.^2,5 He died on 11 October 1848 at age 82.²
     He was created 1st Baronet Dalrymple-Horn-Elphinstone [U.K.] on 16 January 1828.² He gained the rank of Lieuenant-Colonel in the Scots Fusilier Guards.²

     Colonel Hon. Robert Elphinstone Boyle was born on 3 June 1837.¹ He was the son of Patrick Boyle and Mary Frances Elphinstone-Dalrymple.¹ He died on 9 August 1924 at age 87.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Indian Army.¹ On 1 August 1892 he was granted the rank of an earl's younger son.¹

     Hon. Alexander James Boyle was born on 26 February 1842.¹ He was the son of Patrick Boyle and Mary Frances Elphinstone-Dalrymple.¹ He married, firstly, Maria Louisa Jane Hodgkinson, daughter of William Hodgkinson, on 20 July 1876.¹ He married, secondly, Clare Banning, daughter of John Banning, on 14 November 1892.¹ He died on 29 September 1909 at age 67.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the 30th Foot.¹ On 1 August 1892 he was granted the rank of an earl's younger son.¹

     Maria Louisa Jane Hodgkinson was the daughter of William Hodgkinson.¹ She married Hon. Alexander James Boyle, son of Patrick Boyle and Mary Frances Elphinstone-Dalrymple, on 20 July 1876.¹ She died before 1892, without issue.¹
     Her married name became Boyle.

     Clare Banning was the daughter of John Banning.¹ She married, firstly, William Sydney Jones.¹ She married, secondly, Hon. Alexander James Boyle, son of Patrick Boyle and Mary Frances Elphinstone-Dalrymple, on 14 November 1892.¹ She died on 23 June 1937.¹
     Her married name became Jones.¹ Her married name became Boyle.
