Elizabeth Arundell, on 10 May 1749.1 He married Anne Ford, daughter of Thomas Ford, on 27 September 1762.1 He died on 23 November 1792.1 He was buried at Boulogne, FranceG.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the British Army.1 He held the office of Lieutenant-Governor of Languard Fort, Suffolk.1 He lived at Farthinghoe, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1

     George Thicknesse-Touchet, 19th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) was born on 4 February 1758.1 He was the son of Captain Philip Thicknesse and Lady Elizabeth Tuchet.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Delaval, daughter of John Hussey Delaval, 1st Baron Delaval of Seaton Delaval and Susannah Robinson, on 21 May 1781 at Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, EnglandG.1 He married, secondly, Augusta Henrietta Catherina Boisdaune, daughter of Reverend André Boisdaune and Elizabeth Strode, on 2 May 1792.1 He died on 24 August 1818 at age 60 at Sandridge Lodge, near Melksham, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Melksham, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered in April 1819.1
     He was given the name of George Thicknesse at birth.1 He gained the rank of Ensign in the 2nd Regiment of Foot.1 He succeeded as the 19th Baron Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] on 22 April 1777.1 On 3 April 1784 his name was legally changed to George Thicknesse-Touchet.1
