     Stephen Herbert Twining was born on 28 July 1895.1 He was the son of Reverend William Henry Greaves Twining and Agatha Georgina Bourne.1 He married Georgiana Elizabeth Gaskell, daughter of Francis Gaskell and Ada Elizabeth Wigan, on 23 November 1929.1 He died on 5 March 1961 at age 65.1
     He was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 13th Battalion, Middlesex Regiment.2 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1918 in the Royal Air Force.2 He was Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1919.1 He wrote the book Some Early Twinings, published 1927.1 He wrote the book 225 Years in the Strand, published 1931.1 He was a director of R. Twining & Company Ltd.1 He wrote the book The House of Twining: 250 years of tea and coffee, published 1950.1

     Francis Gaskell was born in 1851 at Coulsea, London, England.2 He married Ada Elizabeth Wigan, daughter of Henry Wigan and Georgiana Cole, in 1895 at Marylebone, London, England.2 He died in 1905 at Marylebone, London, England.2
     He was a practising barrister-at-law.2

     Samuel Humfrey Gaskell Twining was born on 28 June 1934.2 He is the son of Stephen Herbert Twining and Georgiana Elizabeth Gaskell.1 He married Anne Brodie, daughter of Lt.-Col. Douglas Gordon Brodie, on 8 October 1960.3
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1952 and 1954 in the Royal Marines.3 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Tanganyika between 1954 and 1955.3

     Margaret Georgiana Twining was born on 23 March 1935.2 She is the daughter of Stephen Herbert Twining and Georgiana Elizabeth Gaskell.1 She married Robert Alexander Hopkinson-Woolley, son of Reverend Alfred Russell Hopkinson-Woolley, on 29 December 1962.3
     She was educated at Wycombe Abbey School, England.4 From 29 December 1962, her married name became Hopkinson-Woolley.3 She was registered as a State Registered Nurse.4

     She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 She graduated with a Diploma of Public Health (D.P.H.)1 She was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)1 From 21 July 1928, her married name became Twining.1

     Hon. John Peter Twining was born on 8 June 1929.1 He was the son of Francis Edward Twining, Baron Twining and Helen Mary du Buisson.1 He married Mary Avis Jane Bennett, daughter of Brigadier Joseph Hector Dealy Bennett, on 20 November 1954.1 He died on 6 May 2015 at age 85.2
