Thomas Kingston Sullivan was born in 1815 at Bandon, County Cork, Ireland.2 He was the son of John Edward Sullivan.2 He married, firstly, Jane Tresilian in 1839.2 He married, secondly, Mary Aphrasia Elizabeth Langford on 18 December 1860 at St. Peter's, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He died in 1902 at Bandon, County Cork, Ireland.2
