Sir John Grant Guise, 7th Bt. was born on 15 December 1927.1 He was the son of Sir Anselm William Edward Guise, 6th Bt. and Nina Margaret Sophie Grant.2 He married Sally H. M. Stevens, daughter of Commander H. G. C. Stevens, on 14 October 1992.1 He died on 15 May 2007 at age 79.3
He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain between 1948 and 1961 in the 3rd King's Own Hussars.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Guise, of Elmore Court, Gloucester [G.B., 1783] on 12 September 1970.2 He lived in 2003 at Elmore Court, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1
