Anne Scott was born in 1683.1 She was the daughter of Hugh Scott, 3rd of Gala and Isobel Ker.2 She married, thirdly, James Hume of Eccles.1 She married, firstly, Walter Scott, 3rd of Raeburn in 1700.1 She married, secondly, Henry Makdougall, 14th of Makerstoun in 1710.1 She died in 1739.1

Walter Scott, 3rd of Raeburn married Anne Scott, daughter of Hugh Scott, 3rd of Gala and Isobel Ker, in 1700.1 He died in 1707 at Selkirk, Selkirkshire, ScotlandG, killed in a duel with Mark Pringle of The Haining.1
