     John Burnaby-Atkins was the son of Thomas Frederick Burnaby-Atkins. He married Dorothy Dalrymple Graham Watson on 12 December 1919 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.² He died on 16 August 1946.²

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Black Watch.¹ He lived in 2003 at 3 The Street, Oaksey, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, England^G.¹
