Emily Mabel Gubbins was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. James Gubbins and Charlotte Emily Cosby.2,1 She married Dudley Sydney Ashworth Cosby, son of Colonel Robert Ashworth Godolphin Cosby and Alice Sophia Elizabeth Pocock, on 30 April 1895.1 She died on 23 June 1918.1
