     He held the office of Collector of Dublin in 1703.¹ In 1710 he built the Mansion House, Dublin.¹ He held the office of Secretary for Ireland in 1710.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Wicklow from 1713 to 1714.¹ He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹
