Hon. Charlotte Elizabeth Gideon was born in 1768.2 She was the daughter of Sampson Eardley, 1st and last Baron Eardley of Spalding and Maria Marowe Wilmot.1 She married Sir Culling Smith, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Culling Smith, 1st Bt. and Mary Burrows, on 22 September 1792.3 She died on 15 September 1820.3
