     Casimir III, King of Poland was born on 30 April 1310. He was the son of Wladislaw I, King of Poland and Hedwig Piast.¹ He married, firstly, Anne of Lithuania, daughter of Gediminas, Grand Duke of Lithuania and Olga of Novgorod, on 19 October 1325. He married, secondly, Adelheid von Hessen, daughter of Heinrich II Landgraf von Hessen, in 1341.¹ He married, thirdly, Hedwig of Sagan, daughter of Henry V of Sagan, Duke of Sagan, in 1363.¹ He and Adelheid von Hessen were divorced in 1356.¹ He died on 5 November 1370 at age 60.
     He was a member of the House of Piast.² Casimir III, King of Poland also went by the nick-name of Casimir 'the Great'.² He gained the title of King Casimir III of Poland in 1333.¹

     John Daborne lived at Guildford, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Sir William Cokayne was the son of William Cokayne and Elizabeth Medcalfe.² He married Mary Morris, daughter of Richard Morris and Maud Daborne, on 22 June 1596.³ He died on 20 October 1626.³ He was buried at St. Paul's Cathedral, The City, London, England^G.⁴
     He purchased Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire, the principal seat of the family for over two centuries.³ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London from 1619 to 1620.¹ He lived at Elmesthorpe Manor, Leicestershire, England^G.³ He lived at Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire, England^G.⁵ He lived at Cokayne House, Old Broad Street, London, England^G.¹ He had an elder son and two elder daughters.³

     Lady Dorothy St. John was the daughter of Oliver St. John, 1st Earl of Bolingbroke and Elizabeth Paulet.¹ She married John Carey, 2nd Earl of Dover, son of Henry Carey, 1st Earl of Dover and Judith Pelham, on 9 May 1628.¹ She died on 28 June 1628.¹ She was buried at Hunsdon, Herefordshire, England^G.¹
     From 9 May 1628, her married name became Carey.¹

     Elizabeth Paulet was the daughter of William Paulet and Elizabeth Codingham.^1,2 She married Oliver St. John, 1st Earl of Bolingbroke, son of Oliver St. John, 3rd Baron Saint John of Bletso and Dorothy Read, in April 1602.² She died circa October 1655 at Melchbourne, Bedfordshire, England^G.² She was buried on 26 October 1655 at Bletso, Bedfordshire, England^G.² She died intestate and her estate was administered on 13 November 1655.²
     From April 1602, her married name became St. John.² After her marriage, Elizabeth Paulet was styled as Baroness Saint John of Bletso in September 1618. After her marriage, Elizabeth Paulet was styled as Countess of Bolingbroke on 28 December 1624.

     William Paulet was the son of William Paulet.²
     He lived at Ewalden, Somerset, England^G.²

     Abigail Cokayne was baptised on 26 August 1610 at St. Peter le Poor, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Cokayne and Mary Morris.¹ She married John Carey, 2nd Earl of Dover, son of Henry Carey, 1st Earl of Dover and Judith Pelham, on 2 December 1630 at St. Peter le Poor, London, England^G.¹ She died on 10 February 1687/88 at age 77 at Chapel Street, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ She was buried on 16 February 1687/88 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ Her will (dated 26 October 1685) was proven (by probate) on 23 March 1687/88.¹
     From 2 December 1630, her married name became Carey.¹ After her marriage, Abigail Cokayne was styled as Countess of Dover in April 1666.

     Charles Cokayne, 1st Viscount Cullen was born on 4 July 1602.¹ He was the son of Sir William Cokayne and Mary Morris.¹ He married Lady Mary O'Brien, daughter of Henry O'Brien, 4th Earl of Thomond and Mary Brereton, on 24 June 1627.² He died in 1661.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Reigate from 1628 to 1629.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1636.² He was created 1st Viscount Cullen, co. Tipperary [Ireland] on 11 August 1642, with a special remainder to his sister Maria's four sons.² He was created 1st Baron Cullen, co. Tipperary [Ireland] on 11 August 1642, with a special remainder to his sister Maria's four sons.² He raised a troop of royalist horse during the Civil War.²

     Lady Mary Carey was born on 6 October 1631.¹ She was the daughter of John Carey, 2nd Earl of Dover and Abigail Cokayne.¹ She and William Heveningham obtained a marriage license on 25 April 1655.¹ She died on 19 January 1695/96 at age 64 at Jermyn Street, St. James's, London, England^G.¹
     From 25 April 1655, her married name became Heveningham.¹ She inherited Conisborough Castle, Yorkshire.¹
