Robert Mervyn Bermingham Otway-Ruthven was the son of William Clifford Otway-Ruthven and Frances Margaret Otway.2 He married Margaret Casement, daughter of Julius Casement and Maria Clarke Lacy-Bernard, in April 1900.1 He died on 15 July 1919.1
