     Archibald Wauchope of Niddrie Marischal was the son of Robert Wauchope of Niddrie Marischal and Margaret Dundas.² He married Rachel Makgill, daughter of Sir James Makgill of Rankeillour and Janet Adamson, in 1584.^1,2 He died circa 1598.²

     He was styled as 3rd Viscount of Oxfuird.² In 1733 he voted in the election of representative Scotish peers but not thereafter.²

     Isabel Makgill of Rankeillour was the daughter of David Makgill of Rankeillour and Janet Craig.² She married Reverend William Dick.¹ She died in January 1787.¹
     Her married name became Dick.¹ On 11 April 1776 she was served heiress to her sister.¹

     Reverend William Dick married Isabel Makgill of Rankeillour, daughter of David Makgill of Rankeillour and Janet Craig.¹ He died on 9 October 1736.²
     He had three other sons died in infancy.² He was the Minister between 1702 and 1736 at Cupar, Fife, Scotland^G.¹
