     Brian Edgar Allan Minchin was born on 30 March 1927.¹ He was the son of Percival Edward Minchin and Eileen Adaoondanna Jeffrey.² He died on 10 May 1927.¹

     Leila Keane Minchin was born on 2 February 1890.¹ She was the daughter of Alfred Edward Minchin and Margaret Keane Hitchcock.² She married Arthur Mountain, son of Arthur Mountain, on 15 July 1914.¹ She died on 5 November 1946 at age 56.¹
     From 15 July 1914, her married name became Mountain.¹
