Claude Charlotte de Gramont is the daughter of Philibert Gramont, Comte de Gramont and Elizabeth Hamilton.1 She married Henry Stafford-Howard, 1st Earl of Stafford, son of William Howard, 1st and last Viscount Stafford and Mary Stafford, Countess of Stafford, on 6 April 1694.1 She died on 14 May 1739.2
After her marriage, Claude Charlotte de Gramont was styled as Countess of Stafford on 6 April 1694. From 6 April 1694, her married name became Stafford-Howard.1
