Constance Kingsmill1

     Constance Kingsmill was the daughter of Sir William Kingsmill.2 She married Richard Fiennes, 1st Baron Saye and Sele, son of Sir Richard Fiennes and Ursula Fermor, circa 1581.1 She died after April 1587.1
     Her married name became Codington.1 From circa 1581, her married name became Fiennes.

     James Fiennes, 2nd Viscount Saye and Sele was born circa 1603.1 He was the son of William Fiennes, 1st Viscount Saye and Sele and Elizabeth Temple.2 He married Francis Cecil, daughter of Edward Cecil, 1st Viscount Wimbledon and Theodosia Noel, before 1631.1 He died on 15 March 1673/74, without surviving male issue.1
     He was educated at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Queens' College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Banbury in 1625.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire in 1626.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire in 1628/29.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire between March 1640 and May 1640.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire between October 1640 and December 1648.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxfordshire in 1660.1 He succeeded as the 9th Lord Saye and Sele [E., 1447] on 14 April 1662.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Saye and Sele [E., 1624] on 14 April 1662.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Saye and Sele [E., 1603] on 14 April 1662.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire from February 1667/68 to March 1673/74.1 On his death, his Barony of the 1603 creation fell into abeyance between his three surviving daughters, while the Barony of Feb 1446/7, together with the Viscountcy, passed to his nephew.1

     Francis Cecil is the daughter of Edward Cecil, 1st Viscount Wimbledon and Theodosia Noel. She married, firstly, James Fiennes, 2nd Viscount Saye and Sele, son of William Fiennes, 1st Viscount Saye and Sele and Elizabeth Temple, before 1631.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Joshua Sprigge in 1675.1
     From before 1631, her married name became Fiennes. From 1675, her married name became Sprigge.1
