     Lt.-Col. Hubert Maxwell Lenox-Conyngham was born on 18 October 1869.2 He was the son of Colonel Sir William Fitzwilliam Lenox-Conyngham and Laura Calvert Arbuthnot.3,2 He married Eva Darley, daughter of Edmond Sanders Darley, on 19 October 1900.2 He died on 15 March 1917 at age 47.2
     He fought in the Somaliland Campaign between 1902 and 1903.2 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Army Veterinary Corps.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.2

     Lt.-Col. Harry Francis Darell was born on 18 August 1872.1 He was the son of Edward Tierney Gilchrist Darell and Amy Schuster.2 He married Florence Leavitt, daughter of Henry M. Leavitt, on 12 August 1915.1 He died on 20 July 1934 at age 61.1
     He fought in the Tochi Expedition between 1897 and 1898.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Rifle Brigade.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.1

     Florence Leavitt was the daughter of Henry M. Leavitt.2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Sir Horace George Proctor-Beauchamp, 6th Bt., son of Sir Thomas William Brograve Proctor-Beauchamp, 4th Bt. and Hon. Catherine Esther Waldegrave, on 15 November 1892.2 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Harry Francis Darell, son of Edward Tierney Gilchrist Darell and Amy Schuster, on 12 August 1915.1 She and Lt.-Col. Sir Horace George Proctor-Beauchamp, 6th Bt. were divorced in 1915.2 She died on 2 June 1931.1
     From 15 November 1892, her married name became Proctor-Beauchamp. From 12 August 1915, her married name became Darell.
