Christopher Darby-Griffith was the son of Maj.-Gen. Matthew Chitty Darby-Griffith and Louisa Hankey.2 He married Arabella Sarah Colston, daughter of Edward Francis Colston and Marianne Jenkins, on 16 May 1855.1 He died in March 1885.3
