     Linda Irene Evans was the daughter of William Evans.¹ She married Lord Patrick Crichton-Stuart, son of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham, on 16 April 1947.¹ She died in 1974.¹
     Her married name became Crichton-Stuart.

     William Evans lived at Duffryn, St. Melons, Glamorgan, Wales^G.¹

     Lord Rhidian Crichton-Stuart was born on 4 June 1917.¹ He was the son of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham.¹ He married Selina van Wijk, daughter of Frederick Gerth van Wijk, on 20 July 1939.¹ He died on 25 June 1969 at age 52.¹
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery (RARO.)¹ He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers in 1948.¹ He was British Delegate to the International Legislative Assembly, Tangier between 1953 and 1957.¹ He held the office of Knight of Obedience, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.¹

     Hon. Jean Constance Elphinstone was born on 3 April 1915.¹ She was the daughter of Sidney Herbert Elphinstone, 16th Lord Elphinstone and Lady Mary Frances Bowes-Lyon.³ She married Major John Lycett Wills, son of Arnold Stancomb Wills and Hilda Caroline Lyon, on 25 July 1936.¹ She died on 29 November 1999 at age 84.³
     From 25 July 1936, her married name became Wills. She was Extra Lady-in-Waiting to HRH Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon in 1970.¹ She was appointed Lieutenant, Royal Victorian Order (L.V.O.)³ She was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1983.¹

     Thomas Arundell, 4th Baron Arundell of Wardour was born in 1633.¹ He was the son of Henry Arundell, 3rd Baron Arundell of Wardour and Cicely Compton.¹ He married Margaret Spencer, daughter of Thomas Spencer.¹ He died on 10 February 1711/12 at Breamore, Hampshire, England^G.¹
     In 1686 he went in the suite of the Earl of Castlemaine on the Embassy to Pope Innocent XI.² He succeeded as the 4th Baron Arundell of Wardour, co. Wiltshire [E., 1605] on 28 December 1694.¹

     Georgina Ann Poyntz was born on 21 April 1763.¹ She was the daughter of William Poyntz and Isabella Courtenay.³ She married, firstly, William Augustus Fawkener, son of Sir Everard Fawkener and Harriet Churchill.¹ She married, secondly, Rt. Hon. Lord John Townshend, son of Field Marshal George Townshend, 1st Marquess Townshend of Raynham and Charlotte Compton, Baroness Compton, on 10 April 1787.¹ She died on 4 May 1851 at age 88.¹
     Her married name became Fawkener.¹ Her marriage to William Augustus Fawkener was annulled in April 1787 by Act of Parliament.^1,4 Her married name became Townshend.

     Mark Patrick Pilkington was born on 6 October 1965.¹ He is the son of Simon Mark Pilkington and Angela Mary Monica Crichton-Stuart.¹

     Flora Stuart was born on 3 August 1941.¹ She is the daughter of Lord David Stuart and Ursula Sybil Packe.¹

     Rt. Hon. Lord John Townshend was born on 19 January 1757.³ He was the son of Field Marshal George Townshend, 1st Marquess Townshend of Raynham and Charlotte Compton, Baroness Compton.^4,5 He married Georgina Ann Poyntz, daughter of William Poyntz and Isabella Courtenay, on 10 April 1787.¹ He died on 25 February 1833 at age 76.¹
     In May 1786 they fought a duel in Hyde Park, although neither was hurt.⁶ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cambridge University, Westminster and Knaresborough.³ He lived at Ball's Park, Hertfordshire, England.³

     Teresa Clare Crichton-Stuart was born in 1971.¹ She is the daughter of Henry Colum Crichton-Stuart and Patricia Margaret Norman.¹
