     Mabel Eliza Norcott was born in 1854.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Sherbrooke Ramsey Norcott and Frances Marrianne Durant.¹ She married Charles Frank Pedley Jones.¹
     Her married name became Jones.¹

     Sir William Sherbrooke Ramsey Norcott was born on 12 December 1804 at Chelmsford, Essex, England^G.¹ He was the son of General Sir Amos Godsell Robert Norcott and Elizabeth Noble.¹ He married Frances Marrianne Durant, daughter of George S. E. Durant and Lucinda (?).¹ He died on 23 January 1886 at age 81 at St. Leonard's-on-Sea, Sussex, England^G.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Rifle Brigade.² He fought in the Crimean War.¹ He held the office of Lieutenant Governor of Jersey in 1873.¹
     He had six other children.¹

     Frances Marrianne Durant was born on 8 October 1828 at Brussels, Belgium^G.¹ She was the daughter of George S. E. Durant and Lucinda (?)² She married Sir William Sherbrooke Ramsey Norcott, son of General Sir Amos Godsell Robert Norcott and Elizabeth Noble.¹ She died on 27 May 1907 at age 78 at St. Leonard's-on-Sea, Sussex, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Norcott.¹

     Gerald William Jones was born in 1882.¹ He was the son of Charles Frank Pedley Jones and Mabel Eliza Norcott.¹ He died in 1908.¹

     Michael John Jardine Paterson was born on 24 February 1942.¹ He is the son of David Jardine Paterson and Margaret Evelyn Crawford-Boyd.¹

     Robert Jardine Paterson was born on 14 January 1878.¹ He was the son of James Jardine Paterson and Elizabeth Tinning.¹ He married Constance Margaret Steel, daughter of Arthur Jackson Steel, on 31 July 1913.¹ He died on 23 April 1942 at age 64.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1899 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War, with the Coldstream Guards.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Balgray, Lockerbie, Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹

     James Jardine Paterson was born on 22 August 1845.¹ He was the son of Robert Paterson and Nancy Jardine.¹ He married Elizabeth Tinning, daughter of Thomas Tinning, in 1877.¹ He died in 1893.¹
     He was educated at University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He lived at Balgray, Lockerbie, Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹
