Lt.-Col. Arthur Guy Leslie Pepys was born on 24 August 1875.1 He was the son of Hon. Henry Leslie Pepys and Ada Coote.2 He married Olive Grace Starkey, daughter of John Frederick Starkey and Mary Margaret Snow, on 6 March 1915.1 He died on 9 April 1953 at age 77.1
