Patience Mary Chadwyck-Healey was born in 1917.1 She was the daughter of Oliver Nowell Chadwyck-Healey and Gwendoline Mary Charrington.2 She married Lt.-Col. Peter St. George Hereward Maxwell, son of Captain Hugh St. George Maxwell, on 30 November 1946.1 She died on 22 February 2015.3
She was Juniorr Commander of the Auxiliary Territorial Service during the Second World War.1 From 30 November 1946, her married name became Maxwell.
