     Robert Shapland George Julian Carew, 3rd Baron Carew was born on 15 June 1860 at 61 FitzWilliam Square, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1,2 He was the son of Robert Shapland Carew, 2nd Baron Carew and Emily Anne Philips.3 He married Julia Mary Lethbridge, daughter of Albert Arthur Erin Lethbridge and Jane Hill, on 27 June 1888 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1,2 He died on 29 April 1923 at age 62 at 28 Belgrave Square, London, EnglandG, without issue.1,4
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Carew, of co. Wexford [I., 1834] on 9 September 1881.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Carew of Castle Boro, co. Wexford [U.K., 1838] on 9 September 1881.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1882 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1,2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Wexford.1

     Julia Mary Lethbridge was the daughter of Albert Arthur Erin Lethbridge and Jane Hill.2,3 She married Robert Shapland George Julian Carew, 3rd Baron Carew, son of Robert Shapland Carew, 2nd Baron Carew and Emily Anne Philips, on 27 June 1888 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1,3 She died on 28 September 1922.1
     After her marriage, Julia Mary Lethbridge was styled as Baroness Carew on 27 June 1888. From 27 June 1888, her married name became Carew.

     He succeeded as the 4th Baron Carew, of co. Wexford [I., 1834] on 29 April 1923.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Carew of Castle Boro, co. Wexford [U.K., 1838] on 29 April 1923.1

     Maud Beatrice Ramsay was the daughter of John Summons Ramsay.2 She married George Patrick John Carew, 4th Baron Carew, son of Robert Shapland Carew, 2nd Baron Carew and Emily Anne Philips, on 5 October 1888.1 She died on 17 July 1955.1
     From 5 October 1888, her married name became Carew. After her marriage, Maud Beatrice Ramsay was styled as Baroness Carew on 29 April 1923.
