Weetman Dickinson Pearson, 1st Viscount Cowdray was born on 15 July 1856.1 He was the son of George Pearson and Sarah Dickinson.2 He married Annie Cass, daughter of Sir John Hutchinson Cass and Hannah Gamble, on 22 June 1881.1 He died on 1 May 1927 at age 70.2
