Gwladys Elizabeth Mitchell was born circa 1867 at Llanfrechfa, WalesG.1 She was the daughter of Frank Johnstone Mitchell and Elizabeth Harcourt Rolls.1 She married Maj.-Gen. William Frederick Cleeve on 31 January 1894 at Gwent, Monmouthshire, WalesG.1 She died after 1950.1

Maj.-Gen. William Frederick Cleeve was born circa 1852 at BarbadosG.1 He married Gwladys Elizabeth Mitchell, daughter of Frank Johnstone Mitchell and Elizabeth Harcourt Rolls, on 31 January 1894 at Gwent, Monmouthshire, WalesG.1 He died on 31 January 1922 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG, from heart failure.1 He was buried on 4 February 1922 at Llanfrechfa, WalesG.1
He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Artillery.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1
