Ellen Clementina Cockburn is the daughter of Robert Cockburn and Mary Duff.2 She married Admiral Sir Hugh Wallace-Dunlop, 24th of that Ilk, son of Lt.-Gen. Sir James Dunlop, 21st of that Ilk and Julia Baillie, on 1 September 1831 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2
She was also known as Helen.1 Her married name became Wallace-Dunlop.1 From 1 September 1831, her married name became Dunlop.2

Admiral Sir Hugh Wallace-Dunlop, 24th of that Ilk was born on 10 February 1806 at Brighton, Sussex, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir James Dunlop, 21st of that Ilk and Julia Baillie.1 He married Ellen Clementina Cockburn, daughter of Robert Cockburn and Mary Duff, on 1 September 1831 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 He died on 20 April 1887 at age 81 at London, EnglandG.2 He was also reported to have died on 15 April 1887.1
