Sir Thomas Bowyer, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1610.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Bowyer, 1st Bt. and Anne Stoughton.1 He married, secondly, Margaret (?)1 He married, firstly, Katherine Stany, daughter of Richard Stany and Bridget Ernly, after 1634.1 He died between 13 June 1659 and 21 December 1659, without male issue.1
He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 9 June 1626.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bowyer, of Leythorne, co. Sussex [E., 1627] in February 1650.1
